About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who is eager to grow into a world-class marketer. Supporting our senior marketing team, you will support a variety of marketing activities, assisting in the execution of campaigns, coordinating promotional materials, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Support content creation, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials including catalogue, flyers, emails, and website updates.
Manage inventory of promotional materials, ensuring timely availability for marketing events and campaigns.
Coordinate communication and liaison with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Conduct basic market research, compile data, and present insights to support strategic decisions.
Provide general administrative and project management support to the marketing team.
Full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience or internship in a marketing environment will be highly regarded.
