Your opportunity
The Investment Trusts team manages 11 investment trusts across 3 key business functions: Marketing, Sales, and Company Secretarial.
The Investment Trusts Marketing Team has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join their team in London. The role will be responsible for supporting the Investment Trusts Marketing team on the delivery of retail-facing marketing activity across the range of trusts.
• Maintain the Investment Trust pages on the Janus Henderson website, ensuring documents, wording and data are accurate and up to date
• Build, proof and deploy email communications using email marketing software
• Coordinate third-party events and branded marketing materials
• Manage social media activity and maintain a social media calendar
• Support PR requests and maintain a PR tracker
• Collaborate with the team to support in general administrative tasks
• Manage video production and liaise with third-party agencies to produce and edit videos
• Support reporting of marketing activity to Client Boards
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
• Strong administration skills and some experience in a marketing or administrative role
• Organisational and time-management skills
• An eye for detail; proof reading and data checking are key
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who is highly detail oriented
Nice to have skills
• Experience with Pardot, WordPress, and Hootsuite is beneficial
