Job brief :
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Development Executive to lead our team, focusing on achieving outbound and inbound sales targets. This role involves driving sales activities, and ensuring pipeline growth in designated territories. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing successful sales teams.
Responsibilities :
Deliver on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals
Partner with business development and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Collaborate with managers in preparing targets and leads.
Requirements and skills :
Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
Marathi Language Required
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
BMS, BCOM,BBA required relevant discipline experience and degree.
Freshers are also welcomed
