Duties
Assist in implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print and digital platforms
Support content creation and copywriting for blogs, social media posts, advertisements and email marketing campaigns
Help manage social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including organic and paid campaigns
Contribute to SEO optimisation efforts and monitor website performance using Google Analytics
Assist with marketing automation tasks and maintain content management systems like WordPress
Support sales initiatives by creating promotional materials using Canva
Assist the director on a variety of tasks as needed, and supporting the wider team to ensure activity is on track
Help track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness
Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing and performance marketing
Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with multichannel marketing strategies
Ability to analyse and interpret data using analytics tools
Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging content across various platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Basic understanding of product management, budgeting processes, and sales support functions is a plus
