Communications
1. Effective Communication in terms of collaborating with
colleagues as well as external forums and publications is
fundamental.
2. Strong Written Form of communications that is context
sensitive based on the medium and intended primary
audience. Prior experiences, references and gallery would be a
definite plus.
Messaging
1. Strategize and drive creation of appropriate content to be
published on a regular basis across different channels to
effectively improve our brand awareness and perception.
Understanding Brief in order to effectively determine an
appropriate articulation method.
2. Selecting Medium which is appropriate enough to get the
messaging across. Between instagram, linkedin and twitter
and a whole wide range of formal arenas like a medium
blogspot, picking the appropriate medium based on the
message content is vital.
3. Review and Remessaging briefs written by participants and
helping them with constructive feedback to deliver better
content. Previous writing experiences are a must.
Creative Visualisat... 1. Fundamental Sense of Aesthetics is necessary to evaluate
the basic principles of a good design. From the Balance of a
visual output to the Color Scheme saturation, one needs to be
conscious of these to be able to review, synthesise briefs and
sign off on good content.
Collaboration 1. Industry collaborations - Conceptualize and foster
collaboration with industry forums, magazines, publications
etc. to create greater visibility for the Acies brand through
leadership participation in panel discussions, presentations,
events and articles.
2. Working with Teams, different people involved is a vital skill
here. From the ability to listen, brainstorm and develop
thoughts from the LST, to running interface with design teams,
vendors, and in house experts, the ability to collaborate with a
multitude of people with varied skills, roles and designations is
an essential part of this.
Stakeholder Management... 1. Role involves working with different stakeholders who need to be kept informed, consulted or accounted to.
2. One needs to own briefs independently, plan the marketing
calendar, talk to academic point-of-contacts, industry event
planners, and publications to effectively map out a strategy
for brand communications and see them through.
Design Tools 1. Familiarity about what’s possible with design tools like Adobe
Illustrator, or Photoshop or Davinci Resolve would be a great
support to have in this role.
