We are looking for a skilled Google & Meta Ads Manager in Jabalpur to help drive our digital marketing strategy and grow our online presence.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Strategize, launch, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Creative Development: Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
Advanced Targeting: Leverage tools like lookalike audiences, retargeting, and advanced demographic targeting to maximize conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and recommend strategies to enhance ROI.
A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to optimize creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies for better performance.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve the highest ROI.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics tools to identify insights and trends for continuous campaign improvement.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and new tools to maintain campaign competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally within the e-commerce or beauty industry.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, performance optimization, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Hootsuite).
Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel setup.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a plus.
Availability to work US shifts.
