ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services as per targets -

Meeting New clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals. - Conduct site surveys along with the operations team. - Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region. - Closely track Competition activity - Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing - Ensure Sales process discipline for self - Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
REQUIRED SKILLS : Any degree and fluent English - Proven experience into facility or security industry. - Strong sales discipline and business planning skills - Strong Networking with local B2B clients in the Region - Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing Large value deals with B2B clients. - Well versed with market and zone assigned. same facility services field minimum 5 years experience \Good salary & Salary as per experience
