At Concentrix, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s hands-on, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience who’s confident managing campaigns, planning events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and get stuck into high-impact marketing programs that drive real results. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support demand generation and lead gen campaigns across Australia and New Zealand
Run events and activations – everything from webinars and roundtables to executive dinners and conferences
Partner with global teams and local sales to bring campaigns to life with creative content and coordinated execution
Own the nuts and bolts—project timelines, reporting, marketing operations, and vendor management
Drive brand awareness through social media, awards, sponsorships, and content
Help develop impactful assets like case studies and product sheets to support sales conversations
What You’ll Bring
Experience in B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech, consulting, or services)
Strong coordination skills—you can juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders without dropping the ball
Confident planning and delivering both online and in-person events
A curious mind and a bias for action—you don’t wait to be told, you lean in
Experience with digital tools (like Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.) is a big bonus
A natural communicator with a collaborative style and great attention to detail
