Join our small friendly team in the heart of central London, at Impact Dance – an art for social change, hip-hop, dance company specialising in talent development of young people, with an emphasis on working with girls from Black African & Caribbean backgrounds.
The role will deliver the day-to-day marketing and communications activity of Impact Dance and keep the communications channels on brand, up to date and reflective of the values of the company under the guidance of our Marketing Manager. You will work as a team to deliver marketing campaigns to help us to meet engagement targets, support income generation for the studio and promote inclusive access for young people to the academy.
Since 1++5, Artistic Director, Hakeem Onibudo has been championing Hip-Hop Dance, establishing Impact as a centre of excellence for talent development for youth aged 11 – 1+ years. As a Black-led organisation we are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive creative sector.

Terms & Conditions
· Fixed term Oct/Nov 2026 – 31 March 2026
· Part time 0.6 position 22.5 hours per week (3 days a week)
· Office based, Tuesdays and Thursdays essential, flexible hours can be negotiated.
· Infrequent evenings (on days set in advance) and some Saturdays to engage with Academy and events will be required, for which TOIL will be granted.
· Salary £25,650 pro-rata per annum
· Office: Impact Dance, 235 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2H 8EP
· All Impact Dance employed staff are required to be cleared by DBS
