Job Title: (Asst. manager) Marketing Communication
• Location: East Delhi-Dilshad Garden
• Job Overview: Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our online and offline communication
with clients and increase brand awareness. Responsibilities include distributing promotional material,
responding to customers queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing
events. Identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences
• Responsibilities and Duties:
Promoting our products and services during events and across platforms
Responding to customers queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing
events
Conceptualizing and coordinating the design of promotional material and sharing with online and
offline channels
Advertise companys and products/services on relevant media and channels
Plan and manage companys PR and Press conferences
Market content creation for companys website, product literature and other formats
Design and share regular newsletters with company updates
Track ROI for marketing campaigns
Collect and Analyse customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
Coordinate with internal teams to understand the products and define their USPs relevant to the
customer requirements.
• Qualifications: Masters in Marketing / Communication / Media / Journalism
• Experience in Years: 4-7 years
• Specific skills
Good organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability to work on multiple projects at one time and manage work pressure and to deadlines
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Certifications: Relevant to profile
• Timings: +.30 AM to 6.30 PM
• Working days: 6 days
• Industry Specific: Relevant experience as per JD needed, industry specific experience is plus
