Micrology Coffee Roasters is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager (title commensurate with experience) to join our crew. This is an exciting role for a hands-on marketer who can create and execute a full-stack marketing strategy – from big-picture brand campaigns to day-to-day social media posts. You’ll be driving marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels, helping us engage wholesale partners (cafés, restaurants) and coffee-loving retail customers

The Role:
In this Marketing Coordinator/Manager role, you’ll be the go-to marketing guru at Micrology. You will help develop and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up meaning you'll plan the strategy and roll up your sleeves to implement it. One day you might be scheduling engaging Instagram stories and TikTok reels, the next you could be crafting a B2B email campaign for our wholesale clients. If you love the idea of wearing many hats and bringing creative ideas to life quickly, this job will be a great fit.
You Will Be Doing Things Like:
Creating and executing marketing strategies (B2C & B2B)
Running digital campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Klaviyo
Managing our E-commerce (Shopify) store, email marketing, and associated digital content
Driving social media, EDMs, and promotions
Owning our marketing calendar and brand storytelling
Leading local collaborations and public promotional events
Who You Are:
Experienced with digital tools (Meta Suite, Canva, Capcut, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Ads etc.)
Great with content and copy, plus a strong eye for design
Organised, proactive, creative, and results-driven
Ideally with experience with FMCG, hospitality, or similar
