As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to bring our campaigns and content to life.
The Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for executing digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, product engagement, and customer growth. You’ll focus on creating impactful EDMs through HubSpot, crafting engaging content for LinkedIn, and supporting the overall delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage EDM campaigns using HubSpot, including product promotions, newsletters, and event announcements.
· Develop and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, tailored to a B2B audience in the security industry.
· Design digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
· Manage website content and updates using WordPress, including product pages, news posts, and landing pages.
· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support product launches, promotions, and joint campaigns.
· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
· Assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.
· Support event and tradeshow logistics as needed.
What You’ll Bring
· 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role.
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing and automation.
· Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator).
· Experience working with WordPress CMS.
· Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
· Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
· A degree in marketing, communications, or design is preferred but not essential.
· Bonus: Experience in the technology or security industry.
