Job Description
We are a growing industrial door manufacturer serving restaurants, supermarkets, and commercial construction projects across Canada. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on team member who can support both marketing and inside sales functions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain real B2B sales and marketing experience, with the opportunity to grow into a full sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales (50%)
Follow up on inbound leads via phone and email
Qualify customer requirements and coordinate quotations
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
Support the sales process from inquiry to order
Lead Generation (30%)
Research potential customers (restaurants, contractors, builders)
Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, light cold calling)
Build and manage prospect lists
Marketing Support (20%)
Assist with website updates and basic content
Support email campaigns and marketing initiatives
Help prepare product materials, case studies, and presentations
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business support
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable making phone calls and talking to customers
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot is an asset)
Willingness to learn and grow into a sales role
