Job Description
Reporting to the GM of Marketing your responsibilities will include:
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, update promotional materials, and assist with digital content creation
Event Management: Plan and coordinate events such as conferences, including liaising with external stakeholders, preparing materials, and ensuring events run smoothly
Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the GM and wider team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
About You
Experience: We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in marketing, eager to learn, and happy to assist wherever needed. While no marketing experience is required, some prior administrative experience is essential
People person: You can effortlessly interact and build rapport with stakeholders through verbal and written communication
Meticulous: You are known for your attention to detail and organisation. You know how to manage your time efficiently and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solver: You approach tasks with a can-do attitude and use initiative to find effective solutions
Tech savvy: Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as email and scheduling tools
