Animal Health Company | Benefits for you and your pet!
Are you bursting with creative ideas and ready to make your mark in the world of digital marketing? We’re looking for a self-motivated, imaginative, and digitally savvy marketer to join our team as a Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator.

This is your chance to bring fresh energy to our brand—crafting compelling recruitment campaigns, producing eye-catching videos and visuals, and driving engagement across social media platforms. If you’re someone who sees trends before they happen and loves experimenting with new tools and ideas, we want to hear from you.

You will be hands on with content creation, campaign planning and digital storytelling to help us deliver exciting new recruitment and marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Create and compile engaging recruitment and marketing videos and photos that tell powerful stories
Hit the road—locally and interstate—to film the real stories of our vet clinics with behind-the-scenes videos, photos, and more!
Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook that captures attention and drives action
Lead the charge on recruitment advertising and branded campaigns
Design standout marketing assets using Canva—think flyers, case studies, social posts, and more
Assist in keeping our website fresh and help improve SEO performance
Use and integrate AI tools to streamline and elevate our marketing efforts
Track campaign performance and share insights that help us grow
Support promotions and coordinate branded merchandise
What You’ll Bring:
Recent or near completion of a qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Media
Proficiency in Canva, Pro Vista, Mailchimp, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
A natural flair for social media and a strong understanding of what makes content click
Confidence using (or learning) AI tools and platforms like Zapier
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for trying new things
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your projects
Previous experience or internships in marketing or admin roles (a bonus, not essential)
A current driver’s licence.
Perks and Benefits:
Free onsite parking
Weekly coffee van
Flare employee discounts
Discounts from local vet clinics
Company-provided computer and phone
This is a role for someone who’s ready to step up, bring bold ideas to the table, and help shape how we connect with future talent and customers.

If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for digital content and a drive to make things happen – we’d love to meet you.
