Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our client, a prominent Australian-born premium restaurant chain known for its healthy alternatives and community engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketing professional to leverage a well-established brand into a new era of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead local marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement
Lead a high-performing team in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and effective brand management
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG / QSR / Retail sector
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving successful marketing projects
Excellent digital skills, including Excel, and experience in developing and leading marketing strategies and plans
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team and bring together cross-functional teams to work cohesively
A strong communicator with financial and analytic acumen
