Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing department for operations based in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Greece. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably within the hospitality, travel and tourism or real estate industry. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, driving customer acquisition
(both property owners and reservations), and increasing overall market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and traditional marketing channels.
Lead performance marketing for both property owner acquisition and reservations teams to generate leads and property occupancy growth.
Conduct market. research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive bookings and revenue growth.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Lead a team of marketing professionals and coordinate with 3rd party agencies, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the hospitality, real estate, or travel industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google ads, Meta ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
