Job Summary:
Athulya Senior Care is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Event-Executive to build and maintain relationships with clubs, associations, and apartment societies. This role focuses on fostering mutual collaborations, organizing events and activities, and ensuring seamless execution while representing the Athulya brand effectively in public forums.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clubs and associations, including retired IAS, IPS, Judge clubs, and elite clubs like the Presidency Club and Cosmopolitan Club.
• Secure permissions and necessary approvals for conducting events and activities within these associations and Apartment societies.
2.Event Planning and Execution:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and activities aimed at creating awareness about Athulya Senior Care.
• Ensure smooth execution of events by managing schedules, resources, and staff involvement.
• Collect feedback and maintain a database of participants and key contacts from each event.
3.Client Engagement:
• Actively travel daily to meet new clients, clubs, and associations to build long-term partnerships.
• Present Athulya Senior Care’s offerings confidently and effectively on public platforms.
4.Vendor Management:
• Identify and liaise with vendors for event requirements.
• Ensure timely updates on vendor payments through the Action Board.
5.Reporting and Documentation:• Maintain accurate records of meetings, partnerships, event details, and participant databases.
• Provide regular reports to management on the progress and outcomes of community initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in community outreach, client relationship management, or event coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours based on event schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
