Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to ensure smooth conversions.
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for patient updates.
Maintain and update patient records on CRM.
Support marketing tasks such as posting content, replying to online messages, and assisting in promotional activities.
Represent the clinic with a friendly, professional, and patient-centric approach.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong customer service skills and a polite telephone manner.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries.
Basic knowledge of healthcare or dental services (preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
