Job Description
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential business clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Lead negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and close sales contracts to meet sales targets.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM tools.
- B2B Marketing Strategy:
- Create and execute marketing plans designed to generate leads and build brand awareness in the B2B sector.
- Design content and promotional materials, including case studies, white papers, and presentations, tailored to the needs of business clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through various channels such as networking, online marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring regular follow-ups and personalized outreach.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Analyze lead conversion data and optimize the lead generation process for better results.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, addressing their concerns, providing product information, and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, conducting regular meetings to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
- Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) by preparing customized proposals.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
