Responsibilities
• Calling prospective clients with regards to HRMS software and sharing the leads with the business development team.
• Maintaining database of calling and updating status in CRMs.
• Generating customer leads from various sources namely social media, database tools etc.
• Giving a 1st cut product demo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications / Experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree.
• 2 + years sales experience in B2B product.
• Excellent Communication and presentations skills.
• Experience of sourcing data from various database tools.
Role for Business Development Manager
• Responsible for generating leads from various sources.
• Giving a demo/ presenting the HRMS product to prospective clients basis leads generated.
• Meeting & surpassing sales target.
• Managing & guiding a team of Business Development & Inside Sales Executives.
• Pricing and negotiation basis product selected by customers.

• Experience of selling HRMS or SaaS based products to B2B Customers.
• Team Handling.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Qualifications/ experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree equivalent.
• 6 - 10 years' in sale of B2B products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
