· Preparing and implementing sales strategies
· Identifying and developing new channels for sales
· Brand building in the market
· Coordinate with sales channels to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
· Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
· Evaluate sales channels and sales team performance and recommend improvements
· Address sales channels-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner
· Develop a positive working relationship with sales channels to build business
· Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to sales channels
· Assist in sales channels marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities. Identify recruit and onboard new sales channels within assigned territory. Achieve assigned sales quota in designed sales channel accounts.
· Creating and developing a long-term plan and strategy for the development of the category
· Leading team of sales and other staff
· Driving category relationships with large accounts
· Gather market intelligence and insights to recommend the development of new products
· Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
· Reviewing accounts receivables and getting the outstanding cleared on time
· Achieving sales target
