Role & responsibilities
Our client is more than 2 decades old NBFC registered with the RBI. The company was set up with an aim to empower rural entrepreneurs, SMEs, and small institutions by micro-financing. The company has come a long way since its inception in 1++2 and has evolved with time with the introduction of its App in the small loans sector.
At present, the company has more than 2000 employees and has serviced millions of borrowers to accomplish their dreams. The group has diversified into the education segment and is running two schools. The schools are part of one of the largest private school chains in India. The schools have a flourishing family of 350 teachers and 6500 students.
The leadership team at the helm of the company has demonstrable experience in financial services and has built the company by upholding the trust of its customers.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for working for the education vertical of the company with the goal of doing online brand building as well as lead generation.
What you will do:
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, targeting specific customer segments and driving business growth
• Coordinating and overseeing all marketing activities related to schoolwork
• Managing and maintaining social media platforms for both the NBFC and school, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and interacting with our online community to build a strong online presence
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials
• Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and proposing innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts in both sectors
What you need to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the financial industry and/or education sectors
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and SEO strategies
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills
