Job Description: Marketing Executive
Purpose
Your role will be to drive brand fame on and offline, guided by the NaughtOne marketing strategy and equipped with a diverse marketing toolkit.
You’ll have a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and the curiosity to learn new things. Excellent time and task management is a must, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects and hit tight deadlines.
You’ll work in a really close, supportive team comprising the Head of Marketing & Communications and the Product Marketing Executive/Manager. You’ll also be supported by a brilliant set of agency talent, freelancers and MillerKnoll colleagues.

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables
• Implement NaughtOne marketing strategy.
• Recruit and retain customers using on and offline marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing and communications campaigns.
• Launch products to customers.
• Manage agency relationships across SEO, PR, design, customer research, paid social and content creation.
• Maintain and develop NaughtOne website.
• Generate brand storytelling content such as news and case studies for owned, earned and partner channels.
• Manage advertising campaigns.
• Organise award applications.
• Plan and execute brand activations at roadshows, tradeshows and showrooms.
• Source and manage promotional swag.
• Use customer insight to inform marketing tactics.
• Ensure marketing activity is GDPR compliant.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and maintain KPIs.
• Work closely with MillerKnoll specialists.
• Manage NaughtOne newsletter.
• Act as brand guardian internally.
• Create and maintain branded internal file templates.
• Adhere to NaughtOne brand guidelines.
• Working with specialist internal and external partners.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years marketing experience preferred (in house or agency).
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Canva).
• Aptitude for learning new software quickly.
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly beneficial: creative skills such as design, filmmaking and/or photography.
Personal qualities
• Kind, optimistic, honest, imaginative, enthusiastic.
• Great people skills.
• A willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
• Comfortable taking risks, but not reckless.
• Confident self-starter who also enjoys learning from others.
• Organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Based at the NaughtOne Head Office at Central House in Harrogate, this is a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
