Key Responsibilities
• Undertake daily marketing tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Management and development of social media campaigns across all social channels.
• Support the digital team in implementing tactics, plans and campaigns across digital.
• Work with the clinics and hospitals to support the marketing activity and point of sale in clinics.
• Support the Brand Manager on delivering brand marketing initiatives and plans.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
• Creating and writing email campaigns to drive sales and education of the benefits of our procedures.
Requirements and Skills
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Degree in Marketing or a similar subject
• Experience in a similar sector is preferableComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in WordPress, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, NetSuite or programs similar
• Strong work ethic, adaptable to ever-changing demands, with ability to re-focus and develop options for quick changes in projects
• Self-driven, eager to learn and goal-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work quickly but also remain extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, able to multitask, with excellent organisational skills
