Job Description
This role operates as a key member of our team to execute creative and engaging communications for a range of clients across social and digital media channels supporting the tactical delivery of marketing strategy and campaigns.
Role specifics
Working on all core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning to deliver engaging campaigns for clients.
Specifically designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation.
Develop SEO focused content for websites and blog articles, search engine marketing (SEM), email, social media, and pay per click (PPC) campaigns.
Coordinate marketing materials for events and general outreach including copywriting, design and production of flyers, posters, direct mailers, and online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
Taking ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximise ROI.
Conducting market research, including the creation, sourcing and utilisation of key focus groups and questionnaires.
The maintenance and upkeep of websites to enhance the user experience.

What experience do we need?
Experienced in Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and LinkedIn
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques applicable to digital platforms
Knowledge of website analytics tools
The ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects
Ability to fully utilise Mail Chimp/Microsoft/Hootsuite/Canva/ Google Analytics
Experience of using social media scheduling tools
Experience with using Adobe Creative Cloud
Creative writer experienced in writing for a variety of marketing channels
Relevant degree or marketing qualification desirable

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
