Marketing Executive | B2B & B2C | Beauty | Hertfordshire | Up to £30k
Zachary Daniels Recruitment are excited to be partnered with this beauty business who are experiencing strong growth in the market and show no signs of slowing down. To support the ongoing growth, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team to play a crucial role in the execution and evolution of the marketing function.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone early on in their career, either a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive looking for exposure and genuine development opportunities. Joining a scale up brand such as this will see you having direct exposure to the senior leadership team and therefore an opportunity to learn fast. Day to day in the position of Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager/team to execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns
• Provide comprehensive support to the Social Media and Influencer Manager across all digital platforms
• Craft and proofread compelling marketing content for both digital and print media
• Coordinate with designers on email campaigns, newsletters, website updates, and social media assets, while managing print liaison when required
• Organise and manage Press and Celebrity PR appointments to maximise brand exposure
• Lead event coordination from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring seamless delivery
• Analyse and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies
• Track, monitor, and provide insights on competitor activities to drive informed decision-making
