Description
1. Regular meetings with Assistant Administrator, Non-medical Administrator and Nursing superintendent through whom carries out regular day to day management.
2. Design, plan, organize and execute the job assigned and area allotted for effective marketing of hospital services, facilities and modern technology to doctors, consultants and clinics.
3. Building a strong doctor network. Meet doctors on a daily basis in the assigned territory. To Conduct Awareness Program for General Public in the Doctor Hospital/Clinic. Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with consultants, doctors, hospitals and clinics.
4. Promote the Homecare Services in the doctors’ community through personal visits, publicity, advertisement, Telephonic, brochures and group meetings.
5. Facilitate Tie-ups with all the premium private hospitals and Government Hospitals across Hyderabad.
6. Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services.
7. Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue.
8. Monitoring Competitor Strategy and Building Counter Strategies to Increase the Market Value/brand of the Company.
9. Responsible for Sales and Business Development Activities and Achieving Sales Target/ Training and Motivating the Sales Force Towards Achievement of Target.
10. Come up with new business strategies to help tie-up with new doctors, clinics and Corporates.
11. Drive and expand sales network by generating leads through regular
interactions with Key Stakeholders within the different hospitals & clinics.
