Role Overview :
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive our D2C and E-commerce marketing strategy and optimize performance marketing across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.
You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, conversions, and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies.
This role requires a strong understanding of Digital marketing, e-commerce optimization, and the ability to manage influencer campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to shape the brand’s growth by implementing strategies that directly impact sales and awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
E-commerce Marketing and Management (Amazon, Flipkart) :
• Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales on Amazon and Flipkart .
• Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content, A+ content, and customer review management to improve organic rankings.
• Run and optimize sponsored ads on Amazon and Flipkart to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure inventory management aligns with promotional campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities for product promotions, and discounts on e-commerce platforms.
Website Optimization :
• Work closely with the web development and content teams to ensure the company website is optimized for SEO , and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Use tools like Google Analytics , Microsoft clarity, google search console to analyze website traffic and user behavior, and make data-driven improvements to increase site engagement and sales.
Data Analytics and Reporting :
• Monitor campaign performance, sales data, and customer acquisition costs across all platforms.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on ad performance, e-commerce sales, and website traffic with actionable insights.
We’d love to have people with (Job Requirements)
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing , with a focus on e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, and website optimization.
• Ability to run ROI-driven campaigns on Amazon , Flipkart , and other e-commerce platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO , website optimization tools, and Google Analytics .
• Minimum knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads , and Flipkart Ads .
• Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), but minimal focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for managing influencer partnerships and reporting campaign results.
