Intercontinental London Park Lane are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to support all key marketing functions across our hotel, restaurants, and bars, ultimately driving commercial performance with a strong focus on collaboration and creativity. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing integrated strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives to elevate our brand and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience in a hospitality setting, a deep understanding of marketing tools, channels, and systems, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

What we need from you:
• A Bachelor's or Master's International degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and proven work-related experience.
• 2+ years progressive work experience in Marketing role with proven marketing executional experience
• The ability to demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to this position with experience in Digital Marketing execution and content development.
Due the nature of the role you will need to demonstrate the below technical competencies:
• Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• The ability to not only monitor but to publish to our social media channels.
• Competent in using Email/CRM systems.
• Experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS) ideally WordPress.
• Technical competence in using Adobe Creative Suite: In-Design & Photoshop
