a) Good communication in English & Local Language
b) Must be graduate (B.Sc. /B.Pharma)
c) Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
d) Up to 15km to 20Km travelling from Home to Work Area.
➢ Implement company’s strategy
➢ Responsible for the development and performance of all
sales activities in assigned market
➢ Achieve sales target of the team: Volume, product, &
group-wise
➢ Provides timely feedback to line manager regarding
performance
➢ Maintenance of product inventory with the channel partners
➢ Receivable &Statutory document collection from C&F’s and
others within stipulated time
➢ Maintenance of healthy, clean business relationship with
channel partners
➢ Competitor information to be gathered and passed to HO
➢ Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business
ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and
implemented within the team
Goals/KRA to be assigned:
➢ Customer list & Distributor list updates and maintenance
➢ Customer coverage and frequency
➢ Implementation of Sales and Marketing Campaigns
➢ Primary & Secondary target achievement: as per above
➢ Payment from C&F’s to Company
