Job Description
1. Networking with Suppliers, Contractors, Partner Organizations and other Business Stakeholders to
plan and execute Marketing Requirements of the Client.
a. Liaising with Media (Print, TV, On ground etc.) to procure Media space to execute Ad campaigns
for the Clients.
b. Partnering with Printers and publishers and managing production of marketing materials majorly
posters, banners, newsletters, leaflets, flyers, e-newsletters, DVDs etc.
c. Ensuring proper & timely Distribution of all Marketing Materials to the Client.
d. Liaising with Event Coordinators in order to maximize the visibility at conferences, receptions and
exhibitions.
e. Liaising with Vendors in the Local Markets to effectively execute Onground activations for the
Clients including Rural Van Campaigns and other Rural Marketing specific activities.
2. Monitoring Ongoing Marketing Campaigns and spending based on the Budget allocated.
a. Organizing and overseeing advertising/Communication Campaigns (Social Media, TV, Onground
etc.), exhibitions & Promotional events and keep track of the expenditure.
b. Daily follow-ups with all Channel Partners to track status of each activity and maintaining Excel
Report of the same on a daily basis.
c. Troubleshoot all execution related day to day issues in consultation with Channel Partners to
avoid delays in execution.
d. Ensure timely execution of all Marketing Campaigns.
e. Interface with both the Client and Vendors to communicate any extensions, postponements to
the Ongoing Campaigns and seek proper approvals for any changes.
f. Maintaining day to day record of all Van Campaigns including Markets covered and distance
travelled.
3. Creating and generating Reports related to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of an ongoing
Marketing Campaign.
a. Monitoring progress of Campaign using various metrics and submit reports of Performance to the
Seniors and to the Client.
