About the role
Working closely with the Sales team and Operational leaders, you will be responsible for driving the Hotel’s marketing activities to help grow the brand. You will play a key role in promoting our products to a wider audience and contributing to press releases.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials, whether internal or external
Assist in website design and optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Create the design of the collateral materials in accordance with the brand guidelines for all elements of the hotel such as Marketing, Sales, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Weddings, Menus, Transportation and more.
Responding to positive online reviews and/ or coordinating responses to negative online reviews
Collaborate with multiple teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, photography, and digital content creation.
About you
At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and press releases.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of SEO principles and website design best practices is necessary.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, for business purposes.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
