Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, and competition study
• Conduct industry research to stay in line with day-to-day industry updates
• Lead end-to-end integrated strategic initiative planning & execution along with third-party vendors
• Oversee online & offline marketing initiatives on all channels - Social Media, SEO, Event Marketing, Email Marketing, etc
• Execute various lead generation funnels leveraging different channels
• Manage and optimize day to day ad operations to bring optimum ROI on ad spends (Social & Search)
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all strategic and marketing projects
• Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Key Requirements
• Prior experience in digital marketing is a must. Offline marketing is a plus.
• Prior experience in the plastic recycling or textile/packaging industry is a plus.
• Proven success in research, data analysis, campaign execution, growth hacking & lead generation
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
• Excellent communication and people skills. A go-getter approach is needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• BBA/MBA in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline
• Min. 2 years old experience in relevant function is a MUST. Any profile with lesser experience will be immediately disqualified.
• 10-20% travel will be required
