Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating content, including YouTube videos, social media posts, Reels, twitter that resonates with the target audience.
· Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase followers, foster community engagement and drive sales.
· Create and oversee marketing campaigns to effectively communicate about the product promotions, new product launches and educational content to our subscribers.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and utilize insights to refine marketing approaches.
· Plan and execute promotional events, on-ground activities at the trade level and consumer promotions at retail.
· Plan and execute corporate communication for the organisation.
· Monitor and analyse SM key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
· Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing marketing collats, packaging, and POSM that align with our brand identity.
· Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and maintain regular ordering and proper Inventory of branding materials.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to continually enhance our marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATION
Preferably post graduate with relevant marketing experience of 1-2 years in Fashion/FMCG/ Alco- Bev/ Food & Beverage industry
EXPERIENCE
• Strong analytical, communication & MIS skills
• Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally
• Experience includes retail and or on trade
• Knowledge and experience of consumer and trade promotions

• Exceptional social and communication skills with sparkling personality
• An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
• Willing to travel extensively
