About the role

We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive (NZ/AU) to support the delivery of integrated, brand‑led marketing activity across New Zealand and Australia.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating campaigns, supporting retailer partners, delivering activations and events, and ensuring Zempire’s marketing shows up consistently, accurately, and on brand across every touchpoint.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Lead, Content Creator and wider internal and external teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life - managing the details, timelines, and quality that turn great ideas into polished execution. If you’re organised, brand‑driven, and love seeing plans come together, this role will make you feel right at home.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across owned and partner channels
Supporting NZ & AU retailer marketing activity, including digital assets, POS, and product content
Assisting with activations, events, sponsorships, and collaborative campaigns
Coordinating influencer partnerships and external contributors
Supporting PR activity, product seeding, and media engagement
Assisting with content shoots and ensuring quality control of marketing content
Proofing website and digital content for accuracy and brand alignment
Managing marketing requests, timelines, and delivery to keep everything moving smoothly
About you

You’re a proactive, organised marketer who enjoys being in the detail and making things happen. You take pride in delivering high‑quality work, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and genuinely care about brand consistency and execution.

You’ll bring:

A Degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or brand role
Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, CRM
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and activations
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident written communication and proofing ability
The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
Confidence working with internal teams, retailers, influencers, and partners
Experience with eDM platforms, websites, or retail marketing is an advantage
A passion for the outdoors and camping products is a bonus
