Role: Marketing Executive - Performance Marketing Competencies: - Project management: - To manage multiple campaigns, deliverables within timelines - Analytical mindset- Performance measurements, RCA, creating periodic performance dashboards in excel/hubspot - Proficient with marketing technology: - Proficient with business communication - Multitasking and execution oriented with attention to detail Responsibilities - Experience in Planning, execution, optimization and scaling digital marketing initiatives, composing audience targeting strategies, own campaign performance - Execute marketing campaigns, monitor lead generation, drive customer nurturing & retention - Collaborate with internal & external teams like designers, agencies, copywriters to receive assets and content required for the campaigns delivered ontime - Own the data analysis, reporting and dashboarding and continuously optimize the marketing spends - Organize & oversee promotional events, webinars and related engagements - Experience with digital marketing tools commonly used for software services i.e. Linkedin, Google Ads, Twitter, tech communities etc. - Experience with efficient usage of CRMs i.e. hubspot or similar tools Qualifications - 3-7 years of managing B2B campaigns - Professional qualification i.e. Post graduate Degree/diploma in marketing Desired experience, (Good-to-have) - B2B marketing experience with a software service/product organization - Experience of promotions in US market
