Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven background in advertising or digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi, and possess the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Skills Required: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads Platforms, SEO, SEM, SMM, MS Office & MS Excel, Campaign Analysis & Lead Generation
Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and native ad networks.
Collaborate with content writers and design teams to ensure effective messaging across channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize budgets and strategies based on real-time insights.
Generate qualified leads and deliver measurable ROI for clients.
Identify trends and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Recommend and manage integrated campaign tools suitable for client needs.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth campaign execution and reporting.
Provide performance reports with detailed analysis and improvement suggestions.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (Ad Agency experience mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of campaign analytics tools
Proficient in ad budgeting, bidding strategies, and media spend analysis
High level of creativity with a keen understanding of target audience behavior
Strong analytical, research, and statistical skills
Prior team management experience (minimum 1 year)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Google Ads or Meta Certifications (preferred)
