Position: Field Sales Executive - Printing & Packaging Industry

In order to expand our catchment area, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Location:Hadapsar Pune
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients for Printing & Packaging in the assigned industrial segment.
• Travel to client locations to deliver presentation and negotiate sales deal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Keep engaging existing till sale deal and even after sales.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and report to management.
• Achieve the targeted sales every month.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our offerings.
• Record client’s feedback and report back to management for further development.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Any Bachelor's degree or a related field.
• 0-5 years’ experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Candidate having experience in similar industry will be most preferred. Fresher’s can also apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to achieve sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and must have his own 2 wheeler.
