Primary responsibilities
Responsibilities as customer supportIs responsible for product sales growth by identifying various market segments, demography and various channels for growth.Is responsible for sending quotes, follow-ups, closing orders and ensuring timely collection of payments.Is responsible to make work orders in ERP and CRM and sending them to the customer and updating prod_plan.xlsIs responsible to send the repair expense to the customer and get their approval and updating GTEK_Repairing_status.xlsIs responsible for maintaining and sustaining 5S in admin area
Measures: (Quality Objectives – Responsible for)
Sales targets.Demography targets.Growth of dealership network and meeting their goals.Generation of ISO related data in a timely manner.
Education:
Shall posses a graduate degree in BBA/MBA mktg or commerce with 3 years of minimum experience or shall have an experience of more than 10 years in managing operations.
Related Work Experience:
Dealership establishment / working with dealer networkField sales of electronic industrial product salesInternet savvy and computer knowledgeWorked in ERP/CRM system
Skills:
Persuasive, verbal and written communication, Read / Write English is essential
Other:
Extensive travel required ( >60%)

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
