Job Description:
• Develop and design marketing collateral, including but not limited to digital ads, brochures, and social media graphics.
• Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content team to develop effective campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.
• Create and edit videos and animations for marketing purposes.
• Use design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs, or any other suitable tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Provide feedback on design projects and make recommendations for improvements.
• Create and maintain a library of visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos.
Basic Requirements:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong design portfolio showcasing previous work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
