Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead athm's marketing initiatives, including strategy, content, product launches, events, branding, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with category and product leaders to align marketing and branding goals with the organizational vision.
- Manage agencies, partners, vendors, and external associations to build a positive brand image for athm.
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of athm's digital footprint on our website and social media platforms, utilizing content, performance, and social media marketing effectively.
- Regularly analyze and assess marketing initiatives for cost-effective solutions with the best ROI.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA from Top Tier B School preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of diverse marketing experience across content, branding, and digital. Past experience in executing marketing launches and campaigns is a must. Prior leadership experience would be ideal, but not necessary.
