We are an International Online Language School focused on spoken fluency and confidence, not exam preparation or rote learning.
Our flagship program helps learners speak confidently in 24 weeks, using:
small live groups
trained fluency-focused teachers
real-life communication (work, travel, interviews...)
We are currently expanding in the Indian market and are looking for a smart, ethical, results-driven marketer to grow our student base.
Role Overview
As a Marketing & Lead Generation Executive, your role is to:
attract high-quality Indian learners (students, working professionals),
generate qualified leads for our fluency programs,
optimize conversion funnels (ads → WhatsApp → call → enrolment),
work closely with the founder / core team to scale sustainably.
N.B. This is not a "cheap course" / mass sales" role. We care about quality leads and long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Traffic
Run and optimise Google Ads / Meta Ads (or assist with them)
Test different lead sources (search, social, communities)
Drive traffic to landing pages and placement tests
Funnel & Conversion Support
Manage WhatsApp lead follow-ups
Qualify leads before sales calls
Track lead quality and conversion rates
Market Insights: provide feedback on:
learner objections,
pricing sensitivity,
messaging that resonates with Indian learners
Collaboration
Follow strict brand messaging guidelines
Coordinate with sales / academic team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹9,655.62 - ₹33,517.46 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
