We’re now looking for a Marketing Lead to bring Zempire Camping’s campaigns, content, and brand to life across New Zealand and international markets.

About the role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing activity through digital, retail, paid media, product launches, and brand activations - ensuring everything is on-brand, on-time, and commercially effective.

Working closely with Zempire’s Head of Marketing, Marketing Executive, E-Comm Co-oordinator, internal teams, agencies, retailers, and partners, you’ll play a key role in how Zempire shows up in market.

What you’ll be doing

Planning, scheduling, and delivering campaigns & content across social media, eDMs, blogs, and retailer channels
Owning and managing social media content, community engagement, and marketing operatinos projects.
Writing, editing, and quality-checking marketing copy across digital platforms
Coordinating paid media activity across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube
Assisting with the development of brand assets including catalogues, packaging, digital content, and in-store materials

Briefing designers and agencies, managing proofing processes, and overseeing marketing collateral production
Supporting retailer marketing activity with product copy, specifications, and assets
Coordinating influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and external contributors
Supporting product launches, activations, events, and PR activity
Managing marketing workflows, timelines, and reporting to keep everything running smoothly
About you

You’re a confident, organised marketer who thrives on execution and collaboration. You’re commercially minded, brand-focused, and detail-driven and you take real pride in delivering high-quality work.

You’ll bring:

Degree in Marketing and Communications or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in marketing campaign execution and/or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and systems (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, CRM, Adobe Suite).
Strong copywriting and written communication skills
Experience working with agencies, designers, retailers, or media partners
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for great brand work
