We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven, enthusiastic, passionate Market General Manager to lead our Architectural Hardware Division. As the Market GM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business in this dynamic and innovative industry. For that we are open to hire the talent or experienced who has been able to prove him/herself within the meaning of the Term General Manager.
Experience: Proven track record of at least 0-10 years in business development, marketing, or general management, in same industries or, Hardware Industries like Plywood industries, sanitary ware, Building Material industries, interior fit-out industries, or any other person having the knowledge of the almost identical industry with at least 2+ years in a leadership role within the architectural hardware industry required as above.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to expand our presence, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in the architectural hardware sector.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, contractors, and builders/Developers, Interior Decorators, and many more.
Sales Management: Oversee the sales to achieve business goal, provide guidance, and support their efforts to maximize the presence with sales and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Budget and Financial Management: Responsible for setting and achieving revenue and profitability goals, managing budgets, and making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Marketing and Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns, positioning our brand as a leader in the architectural hardware market.
Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer experience, listen to customer feedback, and address their needs, building strong customer loyalty and retention.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour understandable person will be preferred at the top most priority.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, well presentation, business driven, positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver exceptional performance in a competitive market environment.
Qualifications:
Qualification is no bar in respect to proven experience however Preference will be given to the Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
