• Manage all email exchanges in bulk, including content creation and Gen Z lingo to reach our target audience effectively.
• Take charge of planning and managing both domestic and international events.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain and update the attendee database.
• Coordinate all pre-event tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and capitalize on event-related opportunities during domestic events.
• Optimize engagement and outreach to create memorable experiences for attendees.
• Oversee the war room and manage the entire event backend during international events.
• Ensure all logistical and technical aspects run smoothly.
• Handle leads captured during the event and work on optimizing outcomes.
• Analyze event data to enhance future event strategies and improve attendee experiences.
• Coordinate and host internal events based on inventory, focusing on meeting the needs of our valued publishers.
• Create and maintain an engaging and exciting environment for internal audiences.
Requirements
• Proven experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
