Marketing Manager

Our client is an Established, Family Run, multi-site Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop business in Essex and Kent.
They are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and results-oriented marketing individual to create and deliver an effective Marketing Plan that will lead the business to its growth targets.
This is a new role for the business, so you will be an important part of a growing and successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level.
Salary & Benefits Package
• £30,000 - £35,000, subject to experience
• 37.5 Hrs - +.00 - 17.00 - office based.

Key Requirements of the role
Responsibilities
• Develop a detailed Marketing Plan.
• Create and manage marketing strategies for the business.
• Establish a suitable CRM to capture leads generated through marketing efforts and nurture them.
• Analyse marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and optimise future campaigns.
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and maintain a strong online brand presence across various digital platforms.
• Manage and maintain the content base of the firm's website.
• Photography and photo editing understanding would be beneficial.
• Planning, hosting and attending relevant sales, marketing and industry events to promote our client.
• Designing and creating materials as required and managing social media engagement on all relevant platforms
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• In-depth technical expertise in using social media platforms for marketing purposes (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook etc.).
• Experience and understanding of how to get the best from a CRM.
• Proven ability to manage and analyse marketing data using tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
