Job Description
The experienced Marketing Manager MUST have solid travel industry experience, and good all-round marketing experience as well as experiencing managing a team.
Marketing Manager – Maternity Leave cover Duties:
• Lead and motivate the junior members of the marketing team with clearly defined objectives, processes and KPIs, and ensure the team are managing their tasks effectively using Trello project management system.
• Plan and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns designed to enhance awareness, promote data capture and/or lead generation.
• Oversee design and publication of all marketing material to support campaigns, branding, events and activities.
• Critically post-evaluate all marketing activity with view to continuously improving ROI and provide reporting and analysis and lead junior members of the marketing team in the evaluation activities.
• Work with the Digital Marketing agency to develop and oversee effective implementation of PPC and other digital marketing efforts.
• Responsible for successfully organising consumer events/ shows including all marketing Materials.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key suppliers to secure marketing and pricing opportunities.
• Liaise with the Business Development team in creating brand and marketing assets for travel agents/trade events.
