A comprehensive marketing and sales strategy is required to effectively promote our organization's more intricate, contentious, or strategically vital products/services, ensuring they meet established sales or market share objectives. The main responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, managing advertising campaigns, and monitoring sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating both domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating product performance and customer feedback to generate innovative product ideas, thereby meeting evolving customer needs.
• Identifying necessary product/service changes to address customer requirements and collaborating with other areas of the organization, such as production and R&D, to implement these changes efficiently.
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and closely monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Adapting plans as needed to enhance the sales performance of the product/service, leveraging insights from sales data and market trends.
• Collaborating with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and create sales collateral for the product/service that resonate effectively with the target audience.
