Create persuasive presentations for seminar sales with a focus on 3rd party products in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leaders
Generate leads for regional seminars
Develop effective pre-event lead journeys through marketing communications to generate RSVPs
Follow-up with post-event journeys to maximize conversion
Devise and optimize content across email, SMS, creatives, web page channels, and more
Partner with internal Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT teams to drive timely, effective communications
Generate assets to support lead acquisition and conversion such as copy and visuals, in-seminar and in-home assets, presentations, downloadable guides, videos, infographics, animations, and more
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement

This is a hybrid position based in South Florida. Work on-site at our headquarters in Plantation on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. A fully remote work arrangement may also be considered.
Are you a Marketing professional experienced and passionate about content, communications, and strategy? If so, you can be MASA’s new Marketing Manager, Emerging Sales Channels ! This is a brand new role for new, high-potential channels such as 3rd party seminars and in-home sales. We need to develop and implement marketing content and communications for those channels that drive lead acquisition and generate sales conversions.

What You Will Do

What We Need From You
Hard skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• 4+ years of work experience in content and communications with a strong understanding of customer journeys. Digital marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to independently monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
Soft skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
